David Stras is an esteemed American judge currently serving on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Born in Wichita, Kansas, Stras has had a distinguished career in law and academia. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995, then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1999.
