Duff Goldman, born Jeffrey Adam Goldman, is an American pastry chef, television personality, and author. He rose to fame as the executive chef of the Baltimore-based Charm City Cakes shop, which was featured on the Food Network reality television show “Ace of Cakes.” The show ran for ten seasons and showcased Goldman’s innovative cake designs and unique approach to baking. Duff’s interest in cooking started at a young age when he was caught in his mother’s kitchen wielding a meat cleaver while watching “Chef Tell” on Public Television. He later attended the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, California, and studied at the Corcoran College of Art + Design in Washington, D.C.
