Jason Frederick Kidd is a renowned American former professional basketball player and current coach. Born in San Francisco, California, Kidd played 19 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and is widely regarded as one of the greatest point guards in the history of the game. He was known for his exceptional court vision, passing ability, and leadership on the court. Kidd’s illustrious career began at the University of California, Berkeley, before he was drafted second overall by the Dallas Mavericks in the 1994 NBA Draft.
