Nafisa Rizvi Khan, known professionally as Jiah Khan, was a British-American actress and singer who primarily worked in Bollywood films. Born on February 20, 1988, in New York City, Jiah moved to London at a young age where she was raised. She pursued acting and film studies at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York before making her way to Bollywood. Jiah made her film debut in 2007 with Ram Gopal Varma’s controversial movie “Nishabd,” opposite the legendary Amitabh Bachchan.
