Samantha Power is an American public servant, academic, and author, renowned for her work in international human rights and foreign policy. Born in Dublin, Ireland, she immigrated to the United States at a young age and grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Power graduated from Yale University and Harvard Law School, where she later became a professor.
