Anthony Marcus Shalhoub, widely known as Tony Shalhoub, is an American actor and producer best known for his work on television, stage, and film. Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to Lebanese-American parents, Joe and Helen Shalhoub, Tony grew up in a large family with nine siblings. He developed an interest in acting at a young age, participating in his high school’s theater program before attending the University of Southern Maine, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in drama. He later went on to receive his master’s degree from the Yale School of Drama.
